What are the shipping costs?

Our standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.95.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

After ordering, we will send your package within 2 working days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! After shipping, you'll receive a track & trace code in your email. This way, you'll know exactly when your package will arrive.

Do you also ship abroad?

We ship internationally. Please note that shipping costs will be higher.

How will my package be shipped?

Auvora ships its packages with DHL Gogreen. For reduced CO2 emissions. Better for you and the planet.

Returns

Can I return my package?

Due to hygiene regulations, returns are possible within 14 days provided the product is unopened and unused .

Abuse of the return policy, such as opening, using and then returning the product, will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of the return or a charge for diminished value.

My product is damaged, what now?

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours at info@auvora.nl with a photo of the damage. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
