Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Auvora and to every agreement concluded between Auvora and the consumer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – The offer
We do our best to display all products and prices as clearly as possible on our website. Any errors or omissions are non-binding. However, we do our best to provide appropriate compensation if errors or misinformation arise.
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when you place an order and receive an email confirmation from us. As long as this confirmation has not been sent, the consumer can cancel the agreement.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal (return policy)
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. Please note: for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products, such as hair oil, cannot be returned .
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Damaged or package not arrived? Send us photos of the damaged item.
Article 6 – Costs in case of revocation
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Article 7 – Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. Payment is made using Shopify's payment methods, such as iDEAL or credit card. Once payment is completed, your order will be processed.
Article 8 – Delivery and execution
Auvora ships orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery is via DHL go-green. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service. You will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your package.
Article 9 – Liability
Auvora is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of its products, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Always check the ingredients list for allergies before use. If in doubt, always consult a specialist or physician.
Article 10 – Complaints procedure
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us at info@auvora.nl. We take every complaint seriously and will respond within 7 days.
Article 11 – Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
